Judge Tim Carey Stands Out as Opponent Skips Questionnaire
Judicial elections often fly under the radar but are crucial to our justice system. This year, Minnesota has nine contested judicial races that could significantly shape our courts. At the statewide level, voters will decide two Supreme Court seats and one Court of Appeals seat. Locally, Ramsey and Hennepin counties each have contested races, as do judicial districts 6, 7, and 10.
To inform voters, candidates were asked to complete questionnaires. Tim Carey’s opponent chose not to respond, leaving voters with less information in this race.
These elections are vital, so be sure to review the poll results and make an informed choice on Election Day. Your vote will help shape the future of Minnesota’s justice system.
